A Message from Dr. Hayes

When I was growing up, I knew something wasn’t right with the way school was set up. I could feel it—even as a child. I was smart, creative, and eager to learn, but the system didn’t meet me where I was. It wasn’t designed for kids who needed something different.

That stayed with me.
​
I built this academy for the children I know are out there—students who are bright, curious, and full of potential but need an environment that actually works for them. A space that’s structured but joyful, rigorous but personal, and built around how children learn best.​

I don’t believe money should be the reason a child misses out on that kind of opportunity. That’s why I’ve created a tuition model that’s flexible, respectful, and rooted in partnership.

This is not a co-op or part-time tutorial. It’s not a pod or microschool that relies on parent teaching.
This is a purposefully designed, hybrid K–5 program led by a nationally trained, licensed educator with over 20 years of experience. We combine the structure of traditional school with the freedom and personalization of homeschool, creating a high-touch, high-impact experience for every child we serve.

Our tuition reflects the value of what we offer:

Extremely small class sizes (no more than 12 students)

2.5 days of in-person instruction and 2.5 days of guided virtual learning

Our 60/30/10 Tuition Model

To support economic diversity and expand access to our program, we offer the following tuition structure:

60% of families pay full tuition

30% qualify for tuition assistance through a sliding scale

10% receive scholarships through our Support-A-Scholar Fund

As our school community partners continue to grow, we will adjust our tuition model in order to make this opportunity available to more students. ​

Yearly Tuition Rates – Varies based on our 60/30/10​​ Tuition Model.
Your Tuition Covers:

Program Fees (No Hidden Costs)​
Below is a list of the other fees associated with enrollment.

Enrollment Deposit- $1,000
Applied toward tuition. This deposit secures your child’s seat and is non-refundable. -
Registration Fee – $175
A one-time, non-refundable fee due at enrollment. -
Meal Plan (Optional)
Covers Tuesday lunch for the full school year. Optional but encouraged for convenience and community-building. -
Field Trip Fee
Covers all scheduled educational field trips and learning excursions throughout the year.

There are no surprise fees or required supply lists. We aim to keep your investment clear and manageable.​​​
