Who Can Apply?

How to Apply: A Simple 5-Step Process

Step 1: Complete the Online Application

To begin the admissions process, families must submit an online application and pay the one-time application fee of $175. This allows us to gather important information about your child and determine if our program is the right fit.

How to apply:

  • Complete the online application form

  • Provide the name and email of your child’s current teacher for the required recommendation form (if applicable).

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

After your application is reviewed, the next step is to submit the following:

  • Birth certificate

  • Immunization records

  • Previous school transcripts (if applicable)

  • Teacher recommendation form (Grades K-4)

How to submit:

Step 3: Schedule Your Child’s Academic Readiness Assessment

Once all required documents are submitted, the next step is an in-person academic readiness assessment. This assessment helps determine the best placement for your child.

  • The fee is $175 per child and must be paid before scheduling.

  • This covers test administration, materials, and scoring.

  • The fee is non-refundable

Step 4: Family Interview

Following the assessment, families will meet with our admissions team to discuss placement, expectations, and how our school can support their child's educational journey.

  • This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your child and for parents to ask questions.

  • The admissions team will contact families to schedule the interview once all previous steps are completed.

Step 5: Secure Your Child’s Spot

If your child is accepted, families must submit a $1,000 enrollment deposit within 48 hours of acceptance to officially reserve their seat.

  • The deposit ensures a smooth transition into our school community.

  • Families will receive details on registration, supplies, and preparing for the school year.

  • If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the spot may be offered to another applicant.
